Shipping

We are committed to a minimal waste promise in our manufacturing process thus our production line is on-demand. The arrival date for your order will depend on how long it takes us to make your (one-of-a-kind) order and what shipping method you select. 

The estimated arrival date is not guaranteed, and these dates are after production which can take 1-2 weeks. We will do our best to meet these estimates. 

Standard - 3-4 business days

UPS Next Day Air Saver - Next business day before 5 pm.

UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days before 8 pm.

International Standard - Shipped via DHL.  5-7 business days. 

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy for non-personalized items.   However, since every one of our blankets is made-to-order and nothing is pre-made for stock, we respectfully ask you to make your selections carefully.  In case with any returns, original packaging must accompany with the merchandise to avoid any delay for refund.   

• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Personalized orders are final sale and not returnable.   We will gladly replace personalized orders that are with manufacturing defects.  Please make sure you are (deeply) in love with your creation before purchase.
